KW-22 / Oxcart Twin
Doctrine: Glider
Role: Experimental Speed Platform
Status: Sustained Speed Verified
Description
Oxcart Twin is a mid-length velocity craft engineered to explore how much speed can be generated through clean trim, minimal drag, and uninterrupted projection rather than force.
Extended rail engagement, efficient rocker flow, and a tuned twin-fin cluster allow the board to accelerate smoothly from early entry, then continue building pace across open face without visible strain.
Unlike traditional speed shapes that demand constant input, Oxcart prefers stillness and line discipline—rewarding quiet stance and forward intention with unusually persistent glide.
Once engaged, momentum carries farther than expected, often allowing the operator to traverse sections that appear marginal from the takeoff.
Directional changes occur through subtle rail transitions instead of abrupt pivots, preserving velocity while adjusting trajectory.
The overall sensation is one of sustained forward travel, as though the craft is calibrated for distance rather than momentary burst.
Field reports consistently note reduced effort, extended ride length, and a faint impression that the board is moving slightly faster than conditions should allow.
Configuration:
Mid-length twin (6’0”–6’6” range)
Twin fin
Medium rails tightening through tail
Single to double concave
Moderate entry / controlled tail rocker
Slight dome deck
Status: Sustained Speed Verified
